Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Diced turkey stuffed into green peppers



Ingredients:

4 medium green peppers/ green capsicum
1 can (about 15 ounces/ 425 g) spaghetti in tomato sauce with cheese
1 ½ cups diced cooked turkey
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped chutney
1 tablespoon snipped parsley
1 teaspoon curry powder
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Method:
Rinse and cut a thin slice from the stem end of each green pepper. Remove white membrane and seeds. Rinse cavities. Mix spaghetti, turkey, onion, chutney, parsley, and curry powder. Fill peppers and sprinkle tops with cheese. Place filled peppers on a rack in an electric cooker. Cover and cook on Low 6 – 8 hours.
