Stuffed Pork Loin Roast

Boneless pork loins stuffed with pitted prunes, walnuts and cooked in a slow cooker.


3 lbs/ 1.4 kgs boneless pork loins tied together
1 cup dried, pitted prunes roughly chopped
¼ cup crumbled walnuts
2 tsp liquid gravy browner

Mix together prunes and walnuts. Push down into the middle of the pork loins. Brush the roast with gravy browner. Place in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.
Make gravy with remaining juice from the pork.

Serves 6-8
