Pork Chop Casserole

Pork chops cooked in a cream of potato soup casserole style with sour cream and thyme.


Ingredients:
6 loin pork chops – trimmed of fat
1 medium onion, thinly sliced into rings
1 can cream of potato soup (10 oz can)
1 cup low fat sour cream
1/3 tsp thyme

Method:
Place chops into slow cooker.
Scatter onions over the top. Mix together the soup, cream, and thyme in a small bowl. Spoon over the top of the chops. Cover. Cook on Low for 9-10 hours or on High for 4 ½ - 5 hours.

Serves 6
